Preqin private equity database

preqinPreqin’s private equity database is now available in the Watson Library! The database provides comprehensive and historical data on the private equity industry covering compensation,deals, fund managers, funds, fund of funds, fund terms and conditions, LP investors, and fund performance.

This database can only be accessed on the data workstations around the circulation area in the Watson Library of Business and Economics. Access is restricted to current Columbia students, faculty, and staff.

– 4 flat-bed scanners for 8.5″ x 11″ material [at DSSC workstations]
– 1 flat-bed scanners for 8.5″ x 11″ material [at the CUIT consultant’s table]
– 1 flat-bed/sheet feed scanner for up to 12″ x 18″ material [in EDS]
– 1 large-format sheet-fed scanner, [in EDS]

Avery Library
– 7 over-sized photo scanners

Engineering Library
– 1 touch-screen flatbed scanner
– 1 flatbed scanner with document feeder

The Burke Library at UTS
– 1 touch-screen flatbed scanner station
– 1 flatbed scanner with document feeder

Coming in January 2011: Digital Science Center in the Integrated Science Library
