focus group testing – Market Intelligence software

The S&P Global product staff will be conducting one on one focus group testing on their MI- Market Intelligence software app for Mobile users.  They are hoping to speak with 2 current finance students regarding this app.  Here is their message…

“The Market Intelligence app provides access to the key data/contents in the palm of your hand.  You can quickly scan news headlines, search for company information, or receive push notification of the latest news to ensure you are up-to-date.  We’re looking to improve our mobile app experience with your feedback. How can we make your mobile experience better? Do you have any difficulty accessing certain types of information? During the feedback session, we’re going to ask you to click through current designs and future design prototypes, and give us feedback based on your findings. We’re doing this to get a sense of what is working in both solutions and what’s not.  This shouldn’t take more than 60-90 minutes for one-to-one testing.”
