Watson Library – midterm exams – restricted access

From February 24th through March 12th, Watson Library will be open to all current graduate students, undergraduates in economics, faculty and staff from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday,

At all other times during these two weeks, i.e. after 7pm until close and all open hours on Saturday and Sunday, access to Watson Library is available to all University affiliates.

If you need materials or services during the 8am to 7pm restricted period designated above and you are not in one of the groups listed please ask a library staff member for help. Study space is available in Butler Library, Lehman Library, and the Science and Engineering Library.

DevFest Hackathon – February 8th-9th

The Application Development Initiative group [ADI] will be holding their DevFest hackathon in Watson Library this Saturday, February 8th, and Sunday, February 9th.

The hackathon kickoff is scheduled for 1pm on Saturday, and the awards ceremony and closing will take place at 3pm on Sunday.  During the Library’s open hours, DevFest activities will take place in the main reading room on the ground floor.  The rest of Watson Library will remain open to other patrons.  Overnight access to Watson Library is restricted to official hackathon participants.
