All of the periodical cancellations for 2007 have been submitted to the vendors. Most of the records in Voyager have been updated to reflect the cancellations. This means that a note has been placed in the Voyager Holdings Record and in the Line Item Notes as well.
During March, SAS staff will add notes to the Voyager check-in records to reflect the cancellations. When the last issues have been received and bound, the print records will be closed out. This means that the Departmental Libraries will notify SAS to delete the check-in pattern record, change the purchase order status to complete and update the holdings information.
