As we recently reported, the rules and restrictions regarding the use of the Purchasing Card (P-Card) have changed.   The use of PayPal to acquire material is forbidden.

When we process a request and find that the only option available to us is to use PayPal, we will try to identify another source for the item.  This may lead to delays in acquiring priority one material.  There may even be instances in which we cannot acquire the item requested.  If we cannot acquire the requested item, the selector will be notified as soon as possible.
