Endnote workshops are now available at the DSSC. Learn how to use Endnote to electronically retrieve, store, and format citations, as well as how to cite as you write. Check out the schedule: http://ldpd.lamp.columbia.edu/workshops/dssc
EndNote bibliographic software is available for downloading to all Columbia University affiliates here: http://www.columbia.edu/acis/software/endnote/. The program is also installed on campus lab and electronic classroom workstations.
ArcGIS 10 is now available on all PC’s in the DSSC including the EDS lab.
We’re still making some minor tweaks to the display and adding some toolbars like XTools Pro, which you’ll see sometime over the next couple weeks but overall it’s ready to use.
All CUIT lab machines still have ArcGIS 9.3 so if you need the old version, it’s available at least through the fall semester.
During intersession Lehman Library will be open 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends. Lehman will also be closed on Labor Day, Monday September 6th.
As always circulation and reserves end 15 minutes before the library closes. Ahead of closing announcements are made throughout the library so please heed the announcements and begin to prepare for your departure.
