The Preservation and Digital Conversion Division received a $32,450 grant from the NY State Conservation Preservation Program to provide custom-fitted clamshell boxes constructed of archival-quality materials for 400 rare and special volumes. Several other NY universities, as well as the NY Public Library, will participate in the project, which will begin November 2007 and run for one year.
