Design the CCLIP logoEarn your spot in history when
YOU design the CCLIP logo!

Guidelines: Logos should include the group’s name (Council of Columbia University Library and Information Professionals) and acronym (CCLIP).
Whether you’re an established artist, a perpetual doodler, or something in between, you are invited to toss your hat into the ring!

Eligibility: All entries must be crafted and submitted by CCLIP members.
Submit individually or as a group.

REWARD: $100 Barnes & Noble Gift Card

Evaluation: Designs will be judged by the Committee for Columbia Library
and Information Professionals. Creativity, originality, aesthetics, use of
space, and color will all be factors in weighing the logo’s merit.

Submission instructions:

* Artwork can be submitted in JPEG, GIF, or TIFF format. Designs
submissions should not exceed 5×5 inches. Multiple designs can be
submitted for consideration.

* Submit artwork via email to sgh2105@columbia.edu OR use Sendspace
(www.sendspace.com) and use the same submission address.

* All submissions must be the original work of the applicant(s). The
designer(s) of the winning submission will be asked to affirm that all work is
original and shall grant rights to CUL for continued use of the logo.

Deadline: All artwork must be submitted by November 14, 2008. The winner
will be announced at the CCLIP meeting on December 5, 2008.
