Delmas Foundation supports Woodlawn Archive

The Columbia University Libraries received a $15,000 grant from the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation to process and preserve correspondence, financial records, and photographs collected in the University’s Woodlawn Cemetery Archive. The Woodlawn Cemetery Archive documents the history of the grounds, mausoleums, monuments, and operations of this cemetery, which was founded in 1863 in The Bronx and is one of the largest in the United States.
