Since 2001, students and faculty have been able to IM a librarian at Columbia. This year, we’re extending our hours, thanks to feedback from students.

Mondays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Tuesdays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wednesdays, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursdays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fridays, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

 

IM’ing a librarian is quick and easy. Visit the Libraries website, log in with your UNI and password, and type your question into the Meebo IM box. You don’t need to install software on your computer, or have an IM account. Just ask us!
