This is just a reminder note to selectors that there is a spreadsheet for 2009 subscription cancellations in the Shared Directory under:

SHARED==> TSAD 0809 ==>CANCELLATIONS FOR 2009

Please record your decisions to cancel a current subscription on that spreadsheet.  Please enter data into the correct column.  Please provide the information requested.  It speeds the processing and prevents those annoying follow-up phone calls and messages.

If you wish to move a title to *e-only,* the title may be entered on the spreadsheet as well.  Please remember that all moves to e-only involve the cancellation of the print or print + online and the creation of a new order for the e-only version.

The deadline for submitting cancellation requests remains August 31st.  If you have questions, please drop an email me or to Alan.  Thanks.
