The spreadsheet for the 2011 cancellations in in the U:shared drive under CERM.  Select the folder labeled cancellations for 2011.  The column headers are similar to those from last year.

 

We will be tweaking the spreadsheet and making some adjustments in the near future.  We will let you know when the revisions are complete.
