Just a friendly reminder from your supervisors at the Lehman Library Reserves desk:

As you know, one of your primary responsibilities while working is to provide good customer service to patrons, be they faculty, students, or visitors. And while laptop use (for the purpose of studying) is currently permitted during “downtime” while you are working, please remember that in an effort to provide the best customer service possible, you are not permitted to do the following:

Use headphones
Listen to music
Watch video
Videochat/FaceChat/Skype/Videoconference, etc.
Use cellphones

Please remember that your job here is to help us run the library as efficiently and pleasantly as possible. We appreciate the customer service that you provide and expect that you will remember and follow these guidelines.
