Need a Summer Internship?

The Columbia University Libraries Graduate Internship Program is currently accepting applications for library interns. The graduate internship program is designed to enrich graduate studies and professional training in primary sources through an introduction to archival work, a program of lectures, workshops, and tours. Interns will be trained to arrange, describe, and catalogue collections, as well as create finding aids for publication online. There are six internships available starting June 13, 2011 and running through early May 2012.  The bulk of the work will be conducted during the summer. This is a paid internship at $20/hr. Applications are due this Friday, March 25. Graduate students or professional students, currently matriculated at Columbia University, are eligible to apply.
